A: Its easy. Register details as required at any of our shops, with minimum membership fees of Rm10.

Q: Do I have to renew the membership every year?

A: No, currently our membership is for a lifetime period.

A: Get special membership discounts up to 50% and even more special during your child’s birthday month. Updates on special sales & promotion.

Q: Can I buy online from your shop?

A: Yes, you definitely can. Just let us know toys that you wanted to order. Please be informed that customer need to pay for the postage fees.

Q: Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?

A: Yes, you can. Feel free to contact us for more details.

Q: Do your toys have warranty?

A: No, we dont have warranty for our toys. Rest assured that we will check and make sure that all our toys are fully functioning and in good condition before selling it to our customer.

Q: Can you repair the toys if broken?

A: We can check it first for you, and let you know whether it is something that can be repair / fix or not.

Q: What is the cost for repair?

A: Varies. Depending on what need to be repaired / fixed or replaced. You will be advised with the total cost including service charge in advance before we proceed with the repair.

Q: Can I pay installment?

A: Sorry, for now we only accept cash payment.

Q: Can I pay using debit/card?

A: Yes we accept debit/credit card.

Q: Do you do delivery?

A: Yes we do free delivery to nearby area, & we impose minimal charges for delivery out of free delivery area.

Q: Can I pay deposit first & take the item later?

A: Yes you can do that upon mutual agreement
